The workshop will focus on the theoretical and practical implications of pathologizing conspiracy beliefs (more details below).

We are looking for discussants interested in attending the workshop and commenting on the talks given by the workshop’s speakers, which include:

Successful candidates will be enthusiastic scholars with an interest in the cognitive science of conspiracy theories, psychopathology, or both. Delusion experts who are interested in engaging with non-clinical bizarre beliefs will be prioritized.

We will offer them two-night accommodation in Gargnano del Garda (in the charming Palazzo Feltrinelli, right on Lake Garda), as well as meals for all the duration of the workshop. Unfortunately, though, we are unable to cover the discussants’ travel expenses.

To apply, please send an email enclosing your CV together with a brief statement of interest to: anna.ichino@unimi.it

Deadline for applications: Wednesday 15th March 2023.

Applications are particularly welcome from women, members of other underrepresented groups, and early-career researchers.
